How do I place an order?
It’s easy-peasy! Just browse through our shop, add your favorites to your cart, and head to checkout when you’re ready. We’ll guide you through the steps—no stress, just cozy shopping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.Â
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you catch us before your order ships, we’ll do our very best to make changes or cancel it for you. Just reach within 1 hour — we’re always here to help. If your order went already to production, we can`t cancel.
Is it safe to shop on your site?
Absolutely. Our checkout is fully secure and encrypted—your personal info stays safe and sound with us.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
Right now, we ship across most parts of the world. If you’re outside those areas, send us a message—we may be able to work something out!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and we always try to keep it as affordable as possible. Free shipping is available from time to time on special occasions and promotions—just a little thank-you from us to you.
International Orders
Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment. We try to avoid this happening for you, so we choosed printing partners in the US and the EU.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way! Delivery time depends on where you are, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the journey.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can follow along as your happy mail travels to you!
My package is missing or late—what do I do?
Oh no! That’s never what we want. Send us a message and we’ll look into it right away. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What if I change my mind?
We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it.
For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at monikastrigel-shop@support.fourthwall.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.Â

Product Orders Cancellation Policy
All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production (which is within an hour)
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.Â
COLOUR ON DESIGNS
Sometimes your phone or computer doesn`t display the colors 100% correctly ... depending on the daylight, the settings and the brand you are using. MAYBE the colors you receive on the products look slightly different. This is not a quality issue - it`s just the difference in displaying the colors.
Damaged/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

How long does it take to get a refund?
As soon as your return arrives and we give it a quick check, your refund will be processed—usually within 2-5 business days. We’ll send you a heads-up when it’s done.
My order arrived damaged—help!
Oh no! We pack with love, but sometimes things happen in transit. Please send us a photo and your order number—we’ll fix it, promise.

Do I need an account to shop with you?
Nope! You can check out as a guest if you’d like. But having an member account makes reordering and tracking easier, plus you get first dibs on new goodies.
